Freaky Tiki To Stay Closed
A judge has issued an injunction against a Myrtle Beach nightclub saying it cannot open until the end of this summer.
Last fall, Judge Stanton Cross issued a different temporary injunction against the Freaky Tiki Nightclub for violating the city's nuisance laws. His new ruling says the Freaky Tiki shall remain closed for one year or until September 6th, 2006.

The court documents say repeated complaints, warnings, and arrests have not stopped the club's patrons from breaking the public peace. Among several complaints last year, sexual assaults, fights, and underage drinking were reported.
