Our Organization

The Rivoli Theatre Group (formerly known as The Corporation for the Arts)  was formed as an independent not-for-profit corporation under the laws of the state of South Carolina and with a 501(c)3 status with the IRS. A self perpetuating Board of Directors was appointed from a dynamic and involved public. They directly manage all ongoing activities and actively participate in all planning and fund raising efforts of the organization. The Board sets the overall policies with support and advice from public committees and arts enthusiasts.
